6. Laughter is thought to increase intellectual performance and boost information retention.
7. Laughter enhances creativity.
8. Laughter encourages teambuilding in the workplace.
9. Laughter is a major stress reliever.
10. Laughter increases joy.
11. Laughter increases the sense of being alive.
12. Laughter is contagious.
13. I need to laugh more!

What a wonderful TT!!! I love to laugh and I believe I probably laugh more than the "normal" amount of times...it's a great way to start out my TT rounds this week!!!

I do think I laugh 17x's a day - sometimes more. I'm always laughing or smiling! I totally agree it can fight disease/health issues.

Oh yes - I love to laugh. I do it quite often, but I am sure I could do it more. I wish the people I work with would laugh more - or even smile - that would be a step in the right direction.

Great TT! Laughter is so important! They say that people who have the inability to "look sad", feel less sad than people that frown a lot. Interesting, huh?
